If you are an investor or are considering being an investor with us you trust us to deliver results. The trust is earned, the results take time. As a private investment company we seek accredited investors who have a basic level of familiarity with commercial real estate, understand the inherent risks, and seek the commensurate rewards compared to other similar asset classes. We take much satisfaction in knowing that many of our current investors are real estate professionals who appreciate the time and effort required to procure and manage each project.

We believe we earn trust with open and consistent communication about each project by detailing the opportunity for financial reward, identifying key risks, and mapping out action plans. Our policy is to provide a written quarterly newsletter which summarizes the financial performance of each investment and explains the status in plain English. We insist that monthly financial statements with bank reconciliations be published by property managers and that each annual tax return is either prepared or reviewed by a CPA. We pride ourselves in making K-1's to members available on or before March 15th of each year.
