Introduction

Ovation Real Estate Partners offers a unique combination of private debt AND private equity interests in projects that we acquire. This allows investors to participate in a more conservative cash flow oriented debt instrument (which provides preferred returns) or contribute equity capital to achieve higher long term capital gains or a mixture of both.

We welcome and encourage relatively smaller investments ($25-$50k). This allows new participants to join in one or more projects and get to know us over time. We are also well equipped to accept larger investments and/or create a TIC structure to accommodate investors in a trade or exchange.

The form of investment may be cash, trade / exchange from another property, or the increasingly popular use of IRA's and self-directed retirement accounts.

The combination of debt and equity investments, range of investment types and dollar amounts allows participants the opportunity to join us in a manner that best suits THEIR objectives.
